・Theme：Practice of “Dictogloss” and its possibility to application to evaluation

・Abstract：Dictogloss, the process of listening to English, taking appropriate notes, and reconstructing the original text based on those notes, has recently been adopted in English classes in Japan. In this meeting, we will actually demonstrate the practice and examine whether it is possible to use the results of ongoing activities as a means of formative evaluation.

Theme: Analysis of spoken data and their applications to test validation
Abstract: In recent years, there has been increasing interest in using performance data in test validation. The measures used for analyzing performance data, however, have been mainly focused on accuracy, fluency, and complexity (CAF). In this research meeting, participants will learn other types of analysis methods and gain experience through hands-on practice. We expect this would contribute to expanding our perspectives on how to validate performance tests.

「技能統合型授業におけるライティングの指導と評価―次期学習指導要領に向けて―」

【概要】
2020年度完全実施予定の次期学習指導要領では，「知識・技能」と「思考力・判断力・表現力」が一体的に育成される授業づくりが求められます。本講演では，思考力・判断力・表現力を育む技能統合型の授業づくりや発信力を高める効果的なライティングの指導と評価について具体的に考えていきたいと思います。

1.「マンガの言語を用いたライティング指導」
安田尚子（会津大学）
【概要】
本報告は，マンガに使われる言語（役割語）の分析を英語の授業に取り入れることで，非英語専攻の大学生への学習動機付けとより効果的な大学英語教育を目指した実践を紹介する。マンガを用いた役割語分析の導入で，学生たちの英語学習動機とライティング課題に使用した語彙や文章表現の変化について報告する。

2. 「TEDとForumを利用した技能統合型の英語教育：投稿語数から見えること」
松浦浩子（福島大学）・宮本節子（兵庫県立大学）
【概要】
SNSを利用した意見交換は，スピーキングとライティングの中間に位置付けられる新しいコミュニケーション形態である。発表では，TEDトークを介して多様な英語や話題に触れながら，Forumに意見を投稿できる学習プラットフォームTEDiscussionとWEnglishesについて紹介した後，意見交換を体験した学習者の投稿パフォーマンスについて，英語力診断テスト，アンケート調査，ログ分析との関連から明らかになった点を報告する。

3. 「日本人学習者向けのRTWタスク評価基準の検討」
久保田恵佑（福島大学大学院生）
【概要】
技能統合型タスクの適切な指導と評価の必要性が高まっている一方で，依然として技能統合型タスクの普及が課題となっている。この原因の１つとして，日本の教育現場における多様な学習者のレベルに適した評価基準が確立していないことが考えられる。そこで本研究では，現在Reading-to-write(RTW)タスクで用いられている評価基準を概観し，各評価基準の使用背景や特徴から，日本でのRTWタスク実施に適した評価基準を検討する。

Roundtable

テーマ：「グローバル人材育成に対応する言語教育と言語テスト文化」

2010年、楽天代表取締役会長兼社長三木谷浩史は「英語ができない役員は2年後にクビにします」と社内英語公用語を宣言し、2012年にはEnglishnizationを実施した。「日本」と「国際」という枠を外すと企業コストを大きく削減できるという。今や、楽天のエンジニア採用の81％は外国人となった。教育機関はこの流れに大きく影響を受け、グローバル人材育成＝英語力という構図が出来上がり、その動きにますます拍車がかかっている。1970年代のように、「教養」対「実践」の大局的論争とは異なり、英語力はもはや無視できないのはグローバル時代の現実であろう。本ワークショップでは、「グローバル人材が必要とする英語力とはどのように概念化できるか、また正解を追及する日本のテスト文化を批判的に考察し議論することを目的とする。加えて、グローバル時代に即した言語テスト文化はどのようにあるべきか、またどのように言語教育を評価すべきかを議論する。
